Returns and Refunds
Our shipments undergo a complete quality check process before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case of your product being damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for refund by returning the product.
We process refunds if the product is found missing/defective during delivery.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (admin.thebommai@gmail.com) or WhatsApp with the icon on the website within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your concern about the order.
Step 3: A full opening video strictly starts from opening to end for any sort of claim.
Step 4: We currently do not have a pickup option. so the customer is requested to courier us back the defective product.
Step 5: Refund will be fully made for the product after receiving it within 2 working days.
The final decision regarding returns will be taken by us.
Note: Outer cardboard or dents in the tins or courier cover damage will not be considered damage and cannot be claimed
Cancellation post shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on WhatsApp or support@thelittleprints.in
In case you have canceled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
A refund will be initiated once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition excluding the shipping cost.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 1 – 3 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
